Consultations

How does it work?

The SUND DataLab hosts consultations every Thursday afternoon from 13:00 to 15:00 at the Center for Health Data Science. Here's how to take advantage of this resource:

  • You send an email to datalab@sund.ku.dk explaining the problem you are facing, so one of our data scientists can prepare and coordinate with you
  • Arrive on the drop in day agreed on with the data scientist
  • Spend 15-20 minutes with the data scientist and get answers to your questions, guidance on best practices, or tips on how to improve your analysis!
  • If your questions necessitate more time with the data scientist, they can discuss your options for longer term assistance

What does it cost?

Consultations are free!
However, sessions are available based on data scientist availability and are confined to short-term sessions.

Who can use DataLab Consultations?

SUND DataLab services can be used by SUND researchers and employees. We can also support Region H and other hospital employees in many circumstances.

Consultations, however, are not intended for bachelor or master students.

Things to keep in mind

The aim of a consultations is to provide a format to address specific technical data science and bioinformatics questions on a short-term basis.
