Computerome 2.0 Users Workshop*** The course is fully booked.***The one-day workshop will introduce how to work with Computerome 2.0. The course is targeted at researchers with some computational background who need to work with large datasets (mapping or assembly of sequencing data) or perform heavy computations (machine learning, deep neural networks,...). Time: 9 April 2021 (9:00-16:00) Place: TBA. We hope to be able to host the course in-person, but if that is not possible due to Covid-19 restrictions, the course will take place on Zoom. |
Git & GitHub WorkshopThis introductory workshop is intended for researchers at SUND who are interested in learning how to share their code (R, Python, or other) and reports (R Markdown or Jupyter Notebook) with group members or external collaborators as well as editing, improving, and maintaining scripts with multiple contributors. Time: 16 April 2021 (9:00-16:00) Place: TBA. We hope to be able to host the course in-person, but if that is not possible due to Covid-19 restrictions, the course will take place on Zoom. |
Python Tsunami - AprilIn the Python Tsunami, we will introduce participants to the basics of programming and data analysis in Python. We welcome all researchers at SUND, including PhD students, who have no prior experience in using Python to join the course. It will run twice in spring 2021 – once in April and then again in June. Time: 21-23 April, 2021 (9:00-17:00). Place: TBA. We hope to be able to host the course in-person, but if that is not possible due to Covid-19 restrictions, the course will take place on Zoom. |
